What’s Included
- Sample preparation (dissolution and filtration) in a clean and controlled environment.
- Cleanliness monitoring (upon request).
- Automated SEM-EDS analysis for particle count, size, shape and elemental composition.
- Particle imaging.
- Daily interface with laboratory analyst to ensure that the sample analysis is progressing according to plan.
Quoting
Cost based on sample size (particle count), instrument time, and type of analysis (particle enumeration, size, shape, and elemental composition).
Rapid Turn-Around Time.
Sample Tracking
Samples are logged-in as soon as they’re received and stored individually in a secure location. Unique customer ID facilitates sample tracking from sample receipt to report generation. Samples are verified against the quote to ensure project specification.
Reports
Customized project reports and project requirements. Results are submitted electronically upon completion. Hardcopy available upon request.
Technical Expertise
An experienced project manager is assigned to oversee each aspect of the Service Agreement, engage in technical discussions, and provide guidance throughout the project.
Data Accuracy
Every report is thoroughly peer reviewed for Data Accuracy and to ensure that the project requirements are met.
Project Review
Upon completion, a formal review is conducted to guarantee all expectations are met and further discuss future collaborations.
