SEM-EDS system combined with a software suite designed specifically
for high throughput GSR analysis.
Currently, the AQC™ (Advanced Quality Control)
is revolutionizing the way particles are being detected and
analyzed by providing manufacturers with Industrialized Electron beam
analyzers capable of evaluating the size, shape and elemental
composition of all particles present in a sample.
Once fully implemented through out support network, the
MQA™ (Metal Quality Analyzer) provides the necessary
information that can result in savings of over $1,000,000 per year,
whether through energy savings or consumable consumption.
The ASPEX Rx control software incorporates
sophisticated data mining techniques to capture terabytes of data
relating to a variety of inorganic and organic foreign particles
that could enter the production stream.
